You could mention what you enjoyed the most with the guide and/or about the city. Fake reviews are a real issue, if you provide very specific information it will help other travellers to trust you.

Our guide had the knowledge of an elementary school child and Zero passion for history. We threw away two hours and subsequently had to hover around other tour groups (from the official professional companies) trying to overhear their explanations so we could could leave the city with some sense of it's history.

We are sorry that Maria did not enjoy the tour as much as the other travelers that day. After investigation, it seems that the traveler took a dislike to our guide following an unsatisfactory answer before the tour began. Unfortunately our guide obviously failed to restore the situation.
